See that little bio over there on the right? The one that says twenty something. Well it's twenty nine. And tomorrow it will be thirty.
I'm a little freaked. I don't know why. I guess it's just the fear of getting older. Of time going by. Of all the things I have left to do.
I know how to be twenty something. Have no idea what the thirties will look like. Not a big fan of change.
I've made a list of thirty things to do while I'm thirty. I'm excited about it.
I see travel and friends and babies and adventure and family in the future.
Tomorrow I'm ditching work and spending the day with my husband and our dogs.
Bring it on.

I just celebrated my 40th (ok well, back in September) and I was freaking out too!!! 40??? Just a number! And you can always lie! I am a perpetual 29!!!

You have your husband by your side, so just know you're not alone in this jump, in this change. 30 will have the same happiness and sadness that 20s had. But the people you love are still there to be with you for the good and help you through the bad. :) It's just another loop-de-loop on the rollercoaster.

happy birthday girl! enjoy it. i'm headed shortly for 30 too and though i'm sure i'll get a case of the willies, i also have a "bring it on" feeling. 30s are the new 20s. i think it's all up from here! we're young, fun, not quite yet grown up, yet much smarter that we were at 21. (ee gads - remember all the stupid things we did at that age? yikes). AND we're newlyweds. sounds pretty great to me.
