Finger crossing

Hello. Is anyone still out there?

Man I have so much to tell you guys. So much to catch up on all of your blogs. But not much time to do it all just yet.

Mr B & I put an offer in on a house. A house in the city. The country home I grew up in just wasn't in our budget. I am learning that letting go is ok, and that change can be a good thing. (well, trying to anyway).

Promise I'll be a much better blog friend once all this crazy dies down.

Cross your fingers for us. We find out the end of this week if we will be homeowners, or homeless.

I'm still here! Hooray! Congrats on the offer! Hope it gets accepted!!!!

Don't worry about catching up on my blog, seriously... I know how tough it can be when you're drowning in your google reader.

AND! About the country house... sorry that didn't work out. I feel so attached to my grandma's house that I couldn't imagine it with someone else. But you know... I put a lot of love and created a lot of memories there. If and when she sells her home, I'm sure the family that scoops it up will enjoy it just as much. I'm sure it will be the same for the country home. No worries.

I know how hard it is to find your dream home on a limited budget. Took me almost a year, and that was even in 2002 / 2003 when the bottom fell out of the market here.

My best of luck to you!
